Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
Used, washed, or damaged products will not be accepted.
Items bought on sale or during special promotions may not be eligible for return unless received damaged.

Share images of the product (if damaged/defective) to help us process faster.

Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges or product replacement for eligible items, depending on availability.
Exchange requests are subject to stock and quality check approval.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or phone.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping
In case of damaged/wrong product, return shipping is free.
For size or preference-based returns, return shipping charges may apply.
